Trivium was founded in 2004 in Denmark and has four partner offices in Switzerland, Italy, Peru and the US from where we operate internationally. Trivium partners help you and your organization to realize what is, what can be and how to pursue your future. They are result-facilitators, process leaders and organizational architects.
Beatrix Daros
Partner - Central Europe
Beatrix has a broad leadership experience in multinationals with focus on strategy, consumer insights & team development. As a systemic team coach and LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator she’s passionate to unlock growth.
In several international leadership roles, she has partnered with executives and senior leaders on a wide range of strategy projects to define future focus areas and drive change through excellence in execution.
Beatrix was certified in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology in 2017. Since then it has become her signature tool when facilitating strategy, team development, and change management projects for international clients across industries.
Beatrix holds a Master‘s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Graz. She is based in Zurich, Switzerland and operates in Central Europe, including Germany and Austria. She provides workshops, trainings and coachings in German and English language.
